speed skating down bow creek blvd... practically flying... be smooth and skate side to side... left skate gets ahead of right skate and crosses over... *slam* face-forward across the cement... burning feeling searing through my legs, my torso, my chest, my arms... finally sit up and find my tube top under my breasts... i have scrapes on my stomach & both arms, huge gashes on my right knee and right hand, and an enormous rash on my left breast... they all hurt like hell.

come home from grocery shopping with mom after school and play on the computer, waiting for jason's phone call because i'm supposed to eat dinner at his house. around 4:30, he calls and says dinner's almost ready, and by the way, i'm sending someone to pick you up. i'm like... ok... less than 10 minutes later, leah and her boyfriend tj arrive in leah's convertible (beautiful car). she hands me an envelope, and inside is a note, "...you like to move your feet to these beats..." i'm confused when leah asks me what my answer is, i'm like, it's not a question. no, it's a riddle, and the answer is ddr, so that's where we go. at the arcade, donny hands me another, "...we both want one of these in time, but right now we're separate so go to mine..." we go to his house, and i'm thinking we're finished, but i'm supposed to come back to the car, so i find another on his door, "...he always claims he's right, and you two always fight, but in the end, he's my best friend..." now we go to his best friend eric's house, and he gives me this one, "...this girl is a lot like you, and your only friend's house i know how to get to..." ali-chan's house is our next stop, and before she and her boyfriend join us, she hands me another, "...you don't like the food they serve there, but i still work here..." jason works at the wendy's on lynnhaven parkway, and when we get there the cashier gives me this one, "...you work here with a bunch of pals; the name of this place is _____...", which sends me to cal'z. misty, my manager, hands me what i figure is the last one, "...in my attepmt to please you, i'm feeding you red seafood..." jason is waiting for us at red lobster, down the street. we're just sitting and talking about the whole thing, trying to decide what we want to eat. me, i always get the same thing, and that's exactly what i say when they ask what i'm getting. that's not good enough, i have to open my menu and point it out. ah, no wonder, there's one last note in there; "Will you go to my prom with me Alissa?" ALL of that, just to ask me to his prom! i almost cried... i did cry... (but they didn't see, ^.~*) of course, i said i would, and after that we ordered our food and chatted while we waited. i knew ali0chan was up to something else, and i was right, because after we ate, it was supposedly my birthday, and the waiters brought a cake and sang. o_o;; it was so awesome, the whole thing, and i loved every minute of it. we went swimming at leah's house after dinner. the guys didn't swim at all, "it's too cold!", "is not! it's 70 degrees!" whatever... i swam and dove, and had a load of fun... thank you, all of you... i love you all.

so much to decide...
yet so little time to figure it all out. let's start a timeline, eh?
May 29th is when i take the state boards for cosmetology. i have to pass both the theory and skills tests in order to receive my license. to be totally honest, i'm not a bit worried about either of them. i'm very confident about my knowledge and skills. after i pass the boards, i'll have my license, and i can legally perform any skill in a salon. afterwards, i need to find a job in my field.
May 30th is the date of my prom, and also senior skip day. i get to leave after second block to get ready for prom, yay fun. prom is at the sheraton. melmel has invited me (and my date if i have one) to join her and some others in a limo. she and her friend are checking out two services this week and are gonna let me know what's up asap. you all have already seen my dress, and i've also got my shoes. i have a general idea about what i want for accessories, and i'll probably go get those next payday. if i go with melmel and co., i'll be joining them for dinner at the beach, maybe. i still kinda wanna eat at the mall, cause i'm a big mall rat. plus there are people that want to see me, so i said i'd be at the mall. i guess i'll have to discuss that part with melmel. maybe they can eat at the beach after they drop me off at the mall, then pick me up after dinner, then head to the dance. *shrugs* we'll see. i also have to go to cal'z so rodney (one of my managers) can take pictures. that's if i'm still working there... anyhow, i also still need to ask jason if he'll go to my prom with me. if not, it's cool, cause i went to ring dance alone and still had fun, but he could have his own reasons. meh... we'll see. gotta find an after-party...
June 13th is on a friday, and i graduate on that day. yay!! daddy's coming down from connecticut the day before and will probably stay for the weekend. my grandma and aunt from my mom's side are also coming. i think my grandma and aunt from my dad's side are supposed to come too, but i haven't heard from them, so, meh...
after graduation will be a little, slow and annoying. jason's going to maryland for three months, and i don't know what i'm going to do while he's gone. i'm thinking i need to figure out where i'm staying. i figured i'd just stay here with mom, until he comes back, cause he wants to move out by december, and i'm hoping to go with him, since mom has decided she's gonna let me go when i graduate. then i thought, maybe i could stay with daddy for the time, maybe working in the salon at his casino, if i can. i'd have to ask him about that. it could be my graduation present, since i don't know what else to tell him. o_o; *shrugs* must find all this out...

YEA! i finally got them!! mom ordered my purple contacts last weekend, and they came in on wednesday. she picked them up yesterday, and i got to wear them today. SO KEWL!!! check them out, i hate lazy pictures, so it's just one eye, but it's better so you can actually see the color. the inner blue is my natural color, showing because my pupils are smaller due to the flash. o_o; yea ok, whatever...

busch gardens
oooooook, herre we go...
when ka-chan came with jason to pick me up from work, we went back to my house to pick up my stuff and then went to bobby's. we left the guys at bobby's house and ka-chan, ali-chan, and n-chan (that would be me...) went back to ali-chan's. we went to sleep at 1:30, even though i couldn't fall asleep to save my life. we woke up at 7:00am, called bobby and said we'd be there soon (ya, right). we stopped at wawa's for coffee, then n-chan left her phone at ali-chan's, so we had to go back. we didn't get to bobby's until... 7:45, which is when we were originally supposed to leave. we didn't leave untill almost 9 after everyone had showered and stuffs (they wouldn't let me shower with ali-chan... *pouts*) actually, they would've, it would've been quicker, but oh wells... we stopped at chick-fil-a for breakfast, then hit the road. we finally got there at about 10:30, waited in line for a long time... bobby left his wallet in the van... waited in line some more... hmm, the group split up for an unreasonable reason, then we finally got back together, only so that ali-chan and n-chan could have a little bitching contest and split up again. the last ride we rode was apollo's chariot before we left at 6:30. originally we had planned to go to the beach afterwards, but it was too late by the time we got back to bobby's house and jason helped settle the dispute... *shivers* i hate bad feelings... anyhow, n-chan was really tired since she didn't sleep at all tuesday night, so she slept during both car rides and went to bed at 11:30 (after watching the emperor's new groove). kay now, baibaiz!!

what a waste
of a day. mk, so ernest was supposed to come over today, around noon. *rolls eyes* yea right. when i woke up at 12:45, on my own, i knew he wasn't gonna show up. i kinda figured he wouldn't, even yesterday, but whatever. -_-; ok, so my lazy ass didn't get up until almost 1pm (hey, i like my sleep =p). i got ready for whatever day i might have and had breakfast/lunch (brunch). ^-^ ali-chan didn't even call me like she said she was. we still don't know how jason is going to get to bobby's house so we don't have to drive all over frickin va beach to pick everyone up for busch gardens tommorrow. there's, like, about 10 people going tommorrow, all day. FUN FUN! ^o^ we've only been "planning" it for a week and a half. o_o; anyhow, i left a message with bobby's s/n to IM jason to let him know what's goin on, since i won't be home from work until 12, and i'm staying at ali-chan's tonight. hence i'm updating now cause i won't be back here until late tommorrow night, if at all. o_o;
so i didn't talk to ali-chan and i didn't see ernest. i layed out in the sun for a while, then i did the dishes, vaccuumed my room, and cleaned off my bed (put my laundry away finally). ^-^* and now i gotta wrok 5-12. fun fun. -_-; *sighs* i wanna go back to bed... ~.~zZzZ

weekend re-cap
hrm, friday i had to work. as usual. i got off of work early, 10:30, and i hung out with my old manager brent until 12:15. he's supposed to be talking to his friend who's a tattoo artist about prices on my tattoos. hopefully we'll get those soon, if not, my friend felicia from votech might be able to hook me up. i WANT my tattoo!! after brent dropped me off at jason's house i stayed with him until 3am. mom was worried too seriously, but since i'm an "adult" now she doesn't care when i come home, so i didn't get in trouble. saturday i was thinking it would be nice so i wore shorts... then it started to rain, so i had to change. >.>; i worked all night till 1am, and i didn't come home from jason's house till 5:15 (because of the daylight savings time). this time i called mom though so she wasn't even awake when i came home. i asked for today off so i could go to the beach with a bunch of friends, but that plan kinda back-fired when no one could make it. -_-; it wasn't very nice beach weather today anyways, so i went bowling with my sister, cousin, mom, and jason. i scored horribly, 88 and 75, two strikes through the whole two games. really crappy. -_-; oh well, i like bowling for fun, i'm no where near good. heehee. jason stayed for dinner and went home at 9:15...
this weekend... was the best i've had since... ali-chan's birthday party. ^-^ i've found that funny little "L" word. this time it feels absolutely perfect... so many people say there's no such thing, but it's so close it's scary. not really scary, but it just fit... ^^; i finally felt like i meant it enough to say it saturday night while i was with jason. it felt so awesome... it still does. i could go on and on, but you know what... i want everything to be just for me and him... my closest friends will find out much later, if anything we talk about really happens... and i really hope it does... *dreamy face stares off at the stars* *-*
